How to Upload an SPOA document

So that your document can be verified, we kindly ask you to upload the SPOA agreement (Special Power of Attorney Form) to your account as shown below:

Log in to the Client Portal and on the left, click on Funds –> Payment Details and then select SPOA.

Click on the upload box to add the SPOA document and then finally click on Submit.

Once the document has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
