How to Withdraw Funds

Log in to your Client Portal – on the left of the screen, click on Funds –> Withdraw Funds.

Next, select the Wallet you wish to make a withdrawal from. All your available wallets will be listed in the select menu.

If you are part of a bonus promotion, this account(s) will be also be listed here and you may withdraw directly from the trading account – note bonus promotions usually have TCs with criteria you must fulfil to make a withdrawal.

Click the icon of the chosen Withdrawal method, and click continue.

Depending on your withdrawal method, you may be required to upload its details and have (the method) approved first.

Finally, add the desired withdrawal amount and confirm.

You will receive email notification confirming the withdrawal request.

To withdraw from your trading account(s), use the same parent menu Funds –> Transfer Funds

Select the trading account from the select menu, from which you want to transfer you available funds.

Select the recipient account – either another trading account or a wallet – and confirm the amount to transfer.

The transfer is immediate.
