How to Open a Live Account

Opening a Live Account with OneRoyal is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to get started: Go to the Accounts Menu Log in to your Client Portal and navigate to: Trader’s Menu → Accounts → Open Live Account Choose Your Account Details Select the following: Trading Platform (MT4, MT5, or orTrader) Account Type (Cent, Classic, ECN, or Prime) Leverage Account Currency Once completed, click Continue. How to apply for an Islamic (swap-free account)

If you wish to convert your trading account into an Islamic (swap-free) account, follow these simple steps: Log in to your Client Portal. Go to Accounts → Accounts Overview. Click on the account you want to convert to swap-free. For swap free conditions and eligibility, please click here. 4. Next to Swap Free (Islamic Account), click Apply. 5. Read the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue to submit your request. Your application will be reviewed by our team. How to Withdraw Funds

Log in to your Client Portal – on the left of the screen, click on Funds –> Withdraw Funds. Next, select the Wallet you wish to make a withdrawal from. All your available wallets will be listed in the select menu. If you are part of a bonus promotion, this account(s) will be also be listed here and you may withdraw directly from the trading account – note bonus promotions usually have TCs with criteria you must fulfil to make a withdrawal. Click the icon of the chosen Withdrawal method, and click continue. Depending on your withdrawal method, you may be required to upload its details and have (the method) approved first. Finally, add the desired withdrawal amount and confirm. You will receive email notification confirming the withdrawal request. How to Enable 2FA

In order to add Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to your account, please take the following steps: Download Google Authenticator If you do not have the Google Authenticator app installed, please download and install it from the appropriate link for your device: Google Play Apple Store Once installed, you can proceed with the steps outlined below to set up Two-Factor Authentication. Step 1: Log in to Your OneRoyal Account After logging into your account, navigate to the left-hand side of the screen and click on Profile followed by Two-factor authentication. Step 2: Enable Two-Factor Authentication Next, click on the button labelled Enable two-factor authentication via Google Authenticator. Step 3: Scan the QR Code Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. Use it to scan the QR code displayed on your screen. Step 4: Enter the Verification Code Once you’ve scanned the QR code, a 6-digit code will appear in your Google Authenticator app. Enter this code into the designated field on your OneRoyal account page. Step 5: Activate 2FA Click on the Enable button to complete the process. Step 6: Confirmation You will see a confirmation that 2FA is now enabled on your account. Step 7: Backup Codes For added security, if you ever lose access to your Google Authenticator app, you can generate backup codes. Simply click the button provided on the 2FA page to create and securely store these codes. Step 8: Logging In with 2FA The next time you log into your OneRoyal account, you will be prompted to enter the code generated by your 2FA app. Simply open your Google Authenticator app, retrieve the code, and enter it on the login screen, then press Continue. For added convenience, you can check the Trust this computer box to avoid entering the code each time you log in from your trusted device. Change MT4/5 Investor Password

In order to change your MT4/5 investor password, please login to your Client Portal and then click on Accounts –> Accounts Overview, and then click on the MT4/5 account that you wish to change the password for. To the right of the Investor Password section, click on the Change button. Now click on Continue to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
