Email Change Process in Client Portal

In order to update your email address, simply login to your Client Portal and as shown below, click on Profile –> Profile and then click on the Change button to the right of your email address.

 

Now click on Continue to receive an email to complete the process.

Enter the following details: 

  • Current Email Address 
  • New Email Address 
  • Reason for changing your email 
  • The 4-digit PIN sent to your existing email 
  • Click Continue to submit and complete the update. 

Once confirmed, your email address will be successfully updated.
